Should I spend more for Full Synthetic Oil??

What is synthetic oil?
Why should I use it?
Why is it better?

Lets take a look at the benefits of Synthetic oil...

*Cleans your engine better! Synthetic oil has many additives in the oil to help clean your engine. The cleaner your engine is, the better it will run, and the longer it will last.

*Increases Fuel Economy! If your engine is cleaner, it will run more efficiently. If it runs more efficiently, you will get better fuel mileage.

*Increases Performance! This goes back to a cleaner engine. If your engine is cleaner, it won't have the sludge and build up to slow down the oil flow, which will keep your engine running at optimal performance levels.

*Incredible Wear Protection! Synthetic oils have many anti wear additives. When the oil runs through the engine at 30 - 50 PSI (Pounds per Square Inch), these additives reduce the wear of the moving parts inside of your engine. This protection will prolong the life of your engine!

*Extreme Weather Protection! Synthetic oils have superior protection in extreme cold, or extreme heat! In cold weather, synthetic oils have a much better flow rate than conventional oils, which means it will flow faster to critical moving parts, and it will in turn reduce wear.

*Extended Oil Change Intervals! Using synthetic oils can increase your oil change interval. Generally speaking, conventional oils should be changed every 3 months or 3,000 miles. Synthetic oils should be changed every 6 months or 6,000 miles. Some synthetic oils claim to protect your engine for 15,000, this would be a personal decision for you, the car owner. Synthetic oils simply do not break down like your conventional oils, it maintains its viscosity throughout its life in your engine.

Synthetic oils aren't for everyone or every car, but it has many benefits for most cars on the road today. Most cars don't require it, but it is cheaper to maintain your car rather than buy a new one. If you have any questions or comments, don't hesitate to contact us!
